The exhibition depicted the devastation caused by both world wars in West Flanders. The travelling exhibition was complemented at HIPPO.WAR by numerous photos of the destroyed centre of Waregem after WWI.

This travelling exhibition by the West Flanders Archives Platform was the result of a collaboration between 26 archive services, including the Waregem Town Archives.
